The Site links to a client portal, which is a third-party ticketing and task management tool provided by Autotask.net, a Kaseya company. The portal is used only for submitting and tracking support requests and related tasks.
- Access is limited to clients and authorized users we have set up.
- Your use of the portal is also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information into tickets.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the portal, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
